Training Program Participant Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Validity: Your ticket grants you access to the specified training program organized by Menves. The training program will take place on the dates and at the location mentioned on the ticket.
2. Ticket Transfer and Refund: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing your attendance, please contact Menves at least 7 days before the event for possible options.
3. Identification and Check-In: You must bring a valid photo ID along with your ticket for verification during check-in. Failure to provide proper identification may result in denied entry.
4. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the training program. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards fellow participants, trainers, or organizers may lead to removal from the event without refund.
5. Intellectual Property: All training materials, presentations, and resources provided during the training program are protected by intellectual property rights and are for your personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability: Menves and its partners hold no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or theft incurred during the training program. Participation in activities and sessions is at your own risk.
7. Program Changes: Menves reserves the right to modify the training program schedule, speakers, content, or any other aspect without prior notice. Every effort will be made to inform participants of any changes.
8. Photography and Recording: Photography, audio, and video recording of the training program sessions are generally not permitted without explicit consent from Menves. Any approved recordings or photographs must not be used for commercial purposes without permission.
9. Data Privacy: By participating in the training program, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information by Menves for administrative and communication purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Force Majeure: Menves will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or modifications to the training program arising from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Massachusetts.
